You can change your delivery date by logging in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Edit future orders to change your delivery date.

Log in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Change frequency and choose the right option.
- Can I subscribe to multiple items?
It is possible to subscribe to multiple products at once. You can also add a one-time purchase to your subscription order.
- How to change your payment?
You can change your payment by logging in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Payment information tab, then Change payment information. You will be sent a link with a secure page.
How do I change my address and shipping information?
You can change your address and shipping information by logging in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Address and shipping information tab, then click Edit and Save changes.
- How do I add products to my subscription or swap for another product?
You can add more product to your subscription by contacting us. To swap for another product or to add more quantity log in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Products in my subscription tab, then click Edit or Swap product.
- How do I skip shipment?
You can skip shipment by logging in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Manage upcoming orders tab, then click Skip shipment. You can also Recover shipment.
- How does subscription pricing work?
You save 10% off the regular price every time your product ships. Your 10% discount is always based on the current retail price, therefore the cost may vary (you also get the benefit of any extra savings if a product you’re subscribed goes on sale).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. From my account page click Manage Subscription. Click Cancel subscription tab, then choose reason for cancellation. You can also reactivate your subscription.
