Directions

To start, take 1 teaspoon (5ml) with food. Increase the quantity every 5 days by half a teaspoon (2.5ml). The 1 tablespoon (15ml) dose will be reached after 20 days. For continued use, take 1 tablespoon dose with any drink or meal, up to a maximum of 3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor before taking this product if you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication, or pregnant/ lactating. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
