About Vitamin C
A potent blend with Turmeric and Elderberry
Combining the well-known benefits of vitamin C with traditional ingredients, turmeric and elderberry give these SuperSelf vitamin C tablets their unique profile. Grown in India, turmeric is commonly sold as a spice, but it has been used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries. Elderberry fruit has been carefully selected for its complementary properties. Using modern techniques to extract the essence of each ingredient, these tablets are a great way to get a daily dose of 1000 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
